Fianna Fáil Spokesperson on Transport, Tourism and Sport Robert Troy TD says Minister Ross has completely failed public transport passengers in Dublin following another week of traffic chaos for commuters. Fianna Fáil TD Robert Troy has said that a pregnant woman’s Eircode should not dictate whether or not she receives a 20 week anomaly scan.
